Ingrid Berger Myhre is a Norwegian choreographer and performer whose work explores how dance is read and how language shapes perception. Through choreography, music, language, and subtle humor, she creates playful, rule-based performances that move between clarity and confusion, instruction and imagination. Her recent work includes In Other Words (2021), No Dreams, No Gold (2025), and she is currently developing Terms & Conditions, premiering in March 2027.

How do we use the body as a conduit for language? Under what circumstances must the body adjust to or contradict words? And what happens when meanings begin to shift?
Spoken language rarely arrives alone; it travels with gesture. We emphasise or soften our words, stretch their meaning or brush them off. The silent contract between language and movement forms the core of Terms & Conditions. Through wit, wordplay and movement, literal and figurative meanings collide, words slip and new connections emerge.
Terms & Conditions is a performance about contracts. What can we actually agree on? Who gets to define what something means - if the meaning of a word is its use?
